On 1 October 2018, CELA working group conducted a survey on the implementation of land law and practice of land complaints in Ly Nhan district, Thanh Liem district and Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province. CELA received a warm welcome and open discussion with local people. At the discussion, many inadequacies in the regulation and implementation of land law, law on complaints and denunciations, handling administrative violations, settlement of disputes related to land were raised. This is a very important practical basis for CELA to make recommendations for the improvement of legal provisions and to provide legal aid for citizens in the coming time.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
