On 9 and 10 July 2020, Mr. Ngo Vinh Bach Duong (CELA Director) and Ms. Chu Thi Thanh An (Project Officer) participated in the training workshop “ Improving Communication Skills” organized by the Justice Initiatives Facilitation Fund (JIFF). The workshop helped improving knowledge and practical skills of communication methods and tools for project staffs to effectively carry out communication activities of the initiatives. Topics of the 2nd Grant Call include on the issues of labor, employment, administrative procedures in the fields of healthcare and education for policy beneficiaries.
